January 16 saw the release of The Unavoidable Hitsong, the first Radjinder single of 2026.
Originally appearing on the album Just Another Millionaire, the song has now been released as a standalone single with a newly optimized vocal mix. The Unavoidable Hitsong reflects on modern hit culture and the contradictions of success — the song you claim to dislike, yet somehow know by heart.

September 5 saw the release of Singalong (Guitar Mix) — an official co-write with Queen’s Brian May. Erwin Radjinder on the background of the song: “Singalong is really about imposter syndrome. And the irony of that is: I wrote it, we recorded it — and then I realized one day at home, listening back to Brian May’s solo album Back To The Light, that I’d unknowingly based the melody largely on Last Horizon, one of his instrumentals.
So I reached out for permission — what else could I do? Thinking nothing would come of it. A year and a half later, I got a letter with authorization stating, basically, that now it’s music and lyrics by me and Brian May. So I’m really proud of this one…”
