Lineup

Radjinder debuted with the concept album Just Another Millionaire, which featured contributions from musicians like Praful, Bart Brandjes, Ton op ’t Hof, Hans Eijkenaar, Edward Reekers, and Max Werner. The album was produced by engineer Philippe Anneveldt, arranger and bassist Rakendra Smit and Erwin Radjinder.

After its release, Radjinder evolved into a live band for touring and subsequent recordings. The lineup at the time included:

• Erwin Radjinder (vocals)
• Rakendra Smit (bass)
• Joey van den Boom (keyboards)
• Matthijs de Ridder (drums)
• David van den Boogaard (guitar—until 2003)
• Olivier Beekman (guitar—until 2005, succeeded by Martijn Teuchies)

The album The World was produced by Chris Beckers, Rakendra Smit and Erwin Radjinder.

In 2008, after the release of the single Smoking the Last Cigarette, the band-phase of the project came to an end, with Radjinder and the former bandmembers persuing different (solo)projects.

Following the release of Just Another Millionaire – Re-edited & Remastered, Radjinder continued with a series of reimagined singles throughout 2024 and 2025.

New material is currently being released, produced by Chris Beckers and Erwin Radjinder, with contributions from, among others, Hans Eijkenaar, Udo Pannekeet, Will Maas, Johan van der Voet, Bart Brandjes, and Chris Beckers. The first single, (Only A) Businessman, appears in April 2026, leading toward the EP Now, scheduled for release later that year.
